Return policy: All returns require a receipt and must be within 20 days of purchase. No returns on cut fabric and must be approved by Alisa. Cut fabric returns will only be made on flawed fabrics.
Shipping: we will ship at the lowest possible rate using flat rate shipping from USPS. Any overcharge of paid shipping will be refunded to the customer. Insurance on shipping is paid by the customer.
